Questions & Answers

Do you know which cushion is best for someone with pain in the buttocks, sacrum, or coccyx?

To find out which size of Mosaic Roho Cushion is best for you, please click here. The size of the individual and the chair is dependent on the size of the van seat. We use 18x16 for It doesn't matter if you are referring to this brand or another You should definitely purchase the Mosaic Roho Brand, as it is much superior to foam and gel. Tips for starting your own business Keep adjusting the air out until you have the right amount of air. Too much air will make the bedding feel hard. A pump is included to blow air into the tires You may need to use this as necessary.

What about the pump that comes with this product?

Pump is one of the features of this product. In fact, I ordered a separate pump because I was unsure about the issue as well. It's so sad. I guess I'll live with it. Another spare is available to me. It is very comfortable to sit on the cushion. While completing a masters program, I am doing RIDICULOUS amounts of study and have found it quite challenging to sit for hours and hours on end.

How much weight is this cushion rated to support? Are people who are extremely obese able to use it?

There is a weight limit indicated on the tag The weight of the dog is 250 pounds/ 113 kilograms. Despite the fact that it is not fully inflated, it still has some 'give' to it. I've tried this on my sister, who's 114 pounds but it didn't work for her.

Roho is a high-quality cushion that I know I can trust Would you mind sharing your thoughts on the maintenance of this cushion and the frequency at which air needs to be added?

The Roho of my wife rarely needs to be pumped with air. It has happened twice in the past couple of years that our cat's claws accidentally made holes in our walls. Only Roho-approved products should be used A supply of patches was provided. Be careful and don't fall into the trap I have no complaints about them.

The world would be a better place if this There has been an order for a cushion for 87-year-old woman recovering from a fall confined to a wheelchair
3/5

We had to fill up the air quite often, but for a while we were happy with it. After that, it could not hold any more air, no matter what we tried. Despite following all instructions carefully, we still made some mistakes Trying not to puncture the cushion, I took care not to damage it. There is not more than 150 pounds of weight on the patient. As of yet, I have not heard back from the seller, Better Living. Spending this much on a product whose lifespan is barely 3 months is a waste of money. Despite my repeated requests for a refund and replacement, Better Living has not even replied to me. The only thing I can correctly assume is that they are not interested in Better Living is not a retailer I recommend buying from.

Roho product, this is a cheap vinyl product Made from the same material used in inflatable pool toys
3/5

Do not think you are buying a decent Roho product for a bargain price. This is a cheap vinyl air cushion made from cheap vinyl. There is no exchange or refund on this item, It is the quality of the product you get that matters, in this case, a cheap inflatable cushion that probably won't.

Featuring the usual Roho quality, this affordable option is sure to satisfy
4/5

My only reservation about purchasing the Mosaic Roho Seating and Positioning Cushion w/Standard Cover was that I wasn't exactly sure of its comfort. It would be easiest to describe it as an entry level program This is a Roho product of level 1. It has a low profile, which is what I needed, as well as being an inflatable air cushion rather than the usual foam-padded cushion. It is common to find these types of cushions in this price range. There is an air pump included in this package, while the nozzle for inflation turns clockwise rather than counterclockwise There is probably a need for some degree of fine motor skills. A significant difference between this and Roho's normal cushions is that this cushion does not have a solid insert like they do with their products. An air pump is included along with the cushion and cover. In that respect, while the lower profile makes it a bit easier to transfer onto, you lose a touch of that ease because you get a little more movement with the cushion without the solid insert. It is, however, an insignificant problem for me. My overall feeling is that I am very pleased with the product and use it regularly in my wheelchair. Those with serious pressure concerns may be better served by a higher profile cushion, but those with modest cushion requirements should be perfectly happy with this one. Considering its low price, it is one of the best products I have used.

You should give it a try because My current laptop is a HP Spectre x360 and I It can be adjusted with regard to the amount of air it contains, and boy, does that make a There are many types of chair pads I have tried out
5/5

None of them works as well as air, whether it's gel, foam, or a combo of the two. When you have air you can make it firm or soft as you need it, and this one has a lot of different cells of air that work together to make this one firm. When you adjust your positions, they do the same. There is a very nice cover on it, and it comes with a hand pump that's In that case, I would like to order another one to keep in the The top surface of my skin is very thin, so it at times feels like my bones are attempting to slice right through it. That's not the case here. does help in the long run. It was finally possible for me to find something that works.

My 15 years of experience in the medical field have given me a thorough understanding of Please be advised Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment cannot be substituted for the information presented in this review
5/5

With any questions you have regarding your medical condition, always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider. . . . well, yes, this is a Roho brands 'seat' cushion with No, the Roho cushion is not a Roho medical cushion, but it isn't intended to be one. It's hard to believe that the Roho seat cushion is of decent quality for the price. When I opened the package, I was quite pleasantly surprised. Prior to making a purchase, here are some important differences to keep in mind Please note - -There are fewer sizes to choose from - A weight limit of 315 lbs applies. A rubber air bladder has been replaced with a plastic one. - A decrease in air cells is needed
In addition to this, the air cells are larger

Normally you would expect this cushion to have a 5 x 5 cell layout (a grid of 5 columns of 5 rows), or 25 air cells in The cushion here, however, has a different design. The cushions are arranged as follows, from left to right Right? It makes no difference, It makes sense that cells on the far left and far right are larger since there are fewer of them. It is these larger edge cells that work as a channel for your legs to remain Thus, you can keep your knees together without having to bend them much. That may be an advantage for you if you're wearing a skirt or thigh-high boots. Also, if you like to look like a cowboy with your knees spread apart for comfort, you'll still be okay - as long as it "helps" keep them together, and does not "force" them. This is important One of the biggest problems with Roho cushions is overinflation. The cushion isn't a flotation device - it's just a cushion It is not a good idea to pump it up and then sit "on top" of it! In order to sink into the cushion, you need to sink "down. ". your I should have 1/2" of air between it and the next one. This will lead to a cushion that has sections in the bottom that correspond to your pelvic bones (also known as 'butt bones'). Do not think of air flotation, but of air suspension. It is very clear in the included instruction paperwork (which no one reads) how to achieve the perfect level of inflation. The air in your cushion is SUPPOSED to look low when you're off it. If you've inflated it correctly, when you get off the cushion, it's SUPPOSED to look flat. In order to keep your body suspended, it is necessary to only breathe the least amount of air possible. The same thing as pumping it up like a life raft (the addition of more air pressure) is exactly that - pump it up. The pressure adds to your skin's discomfort. This sounds strange since low pressure is generally not a good thing in any kind of pool toy or tire. As long as it bubbles to the top, you can blow it up to the sky. As someone with a lot of experience in this area, it would be best to follow the instructions. You should be more comfortable and have fewer punctures. I guess it depends on your situation. This Roho 'seat cushion' has many of the same features as Roho's medical cushions. Although it's not up to the standards of The medical cushions will not compete with it, so that's fine. Do you need to make any adjustments to it when you use It is, of course, true As long as the wheelchair occupant is able to communicate with their caregiver (or transfer out of the chair) if the cushion flattens. Does it hold up as well as a Roho medical grade? The answer to your question is "No" Please refrain from 'plopping' on it and do not stash anything under your leg, such as your keys, pen, or reading glasses. The plastic valve on the cushion should be treated with care (especially when inflating). It looks like it couldn't be repaired. Is there any chance of repairing it? Yes, I agree with that With the included kit, you can patch punctures in the air bladder in no time. Having repaired many medical grade Roho cushions during my career, I found valve repairs to be a bit of a hit or miss. The glue was everywhere, the leaks were slow, A verdict? - It is recommended that everyone who suffers from sitting pain in a vehicle, office chair, or occasionally uses a wheelchair (trips to the doctor, dinner, library, concert, movie, visiting relatives) should consider buying this Roho 'seat' cushion. Please note - It would be most unwise to use this Roho 'seat' cushion with someone in a wheelchair who uses his/her own wheelchair He or she ambulates (by using their feet or handrims) all day long and spends most of his time in a wheelchair. You're going to be disappointed because it's not designed for that task. This is important It used to cost a lot to have a skin-cancer removed 20 years ago About $60K was required for a pressure sore to be repaired by flap surgery. (Today, the cost is probably two times as high. ) Your skin is one of your body's organs, and if it is injured or infected, it can quickly become serious. TLDR That's all there is to it. This is not the case. you have butt pain, this is a really good cushion for the price. However, if you are in a wheelchair all day, you would benefit from a medical grade Roho cushion.
