Is there anything that can help with the removal of the! ift. ?

Simply remove the main bolt that secures the lift to the hitch and disconnect the quick disconnect wire harness to remove the lift.

Will this work with a receiver that is an inch and a quarter in diameter?

Although the manufacturer offers an adapter for a class II hitch receiver, I would double-check that the vehicle can support the combined weight of the scooter and the lift. Look up the tongue's weight capacity in your vehicle's owner's manual.

We were able to find someone who was willing to do the work, and we are now very pleased with the results.
