I never realized how important a good chair is for posture and my lower back pain until I used this one for a very long time. It's hard to find an office chair that I like However, I only have an old one. My piriformis muscle and sciatica cause low back and leg pain often so I often deal with those issues The reason I have pain when I sit is because my weight is distributed unevenly as I sit, so I was hoping this would compensate for As if I was sitting on jello, what I experienced was nothing more than an uncomfortable feeling. Despite its best efforts, the pain did not disappear. It ended up working out fine for me when I bought a memory foam cushion. The memory foam mattress would have been much better suited to my needs from the start. It is not a cushion I would recommend.
