It is hard on my back when I sit for long periods of time in this chair. Hopefully it will relieve my pain. I will update this review if it does. I am so far impressed with the product. Review writing does not take much of my time. That is the only time I write an honest review, whether the product is seriously good or seriously bad. I like the fact that this pillow provides a good amount of support and is very soft and comfortable. I feel very comfortable in this chair. It feels good to have my entire back feeling I'm able to use it on both of my chairs comfortably. Since I have upper back issues, this cushion helped me maintain better posture and prevented the discomfort I felt from many chairs with poor support. I did not use it in my car, but I have a similar cushion that I acquired from an auto supply store, and it is sure to do the same.
