According to my knowledge, it will fit a larger walker in size, but the slots are not long enough, but I heard that one man stretched the slots with a heat gun prior to using the device. Unfortunately, it has not been possible for me to get the guy with a heat gun to stretch my tray. I do like it otherwise, though.
Twenty seven and a half inches. In total, the length and width are 14 1/2 in, 15 3/4 in in the center, and 1 in in the edge. A hole is 1 7/8 in wide, 11 1/2 in long and is 18 in between

Each of the outside edges of the slots is 20 inches apart, and each of the inside edges is 16 inches apart. There are not quite 12" slots in the actual slots themselves. 11 3/4" is the measurement I took. Thank you for your help.

A false representation has been made of this item. There is no way for the tray to sit properly on the walker, and I tried it on three different types.
