This cover far exceeded my low expectations; I almost didn't buy it after reading the reviews, but I did because a friend recommended it! On the scooter, it made a significant difference in how my knee and leg felt. I was surprised at how much less my leg slid around when I used this cover. It stayed clean for a long time and only required washing once every three months. The fuzz sticks to your pants at first, but it quickly fades. The cover does not come with a pad, but I was pleased with the difference it made. If you're going to be on a scooter for an extended period of time, this cover is a must-have.

There is no additional padding or foam under the cover because it is only a cover. It is stated in the description that this is a cover, and this material (faux sheep skin) for a larger/longer knee scooter seat is uncommon. br>A Drive Medical Dual Pad Seat Knee Scooter is currently on loan to me; the seat dimensions are as follows: 15"L x 7"W x 2"H x 15"L x 7"W x 2"H x 15"L x 7"W x 2"H br>The cover is soft and makes the pad more comfortable to wear on my leg, but I wish it came with the 1-year warranty. Padding of 2 inches. For a quick fix, I've layered fleece fabric underneath. br>I included a photo of the cover on the pad, as well as the cover in its entirety and from the inside out.

I ended up putting a foam pad under the cover to give my boney knee some extra support. For the money, it's an excellent purchase! I rented it from a pharmacy last year and it's the exact same one. However, purchasing it was less expensive than renting it!.

I had bunion surgery and worked part-time in a factory and part-time in an office, which was fantastic compared to crutches! If you're having lower-extremity surgery and will be off your feet for an extended period of time, I highly recommend it; I could run faster than I can walk! Your resting knee will become a little sore, and you'll still need to rest and elevate your legs because being on this for long periods of time can cause swelling and pain, just like standing too much too soon can, but it's ideal for getting from point A to point B quickly. Only your knee will tire out from working muscles it isn't used to if you position yourself correctly. You should raise the seat height if your hip hurts.

This is a good product, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. I had foot surgery two months ago and must avoid putting any weight on that foot for the next 12 weeks. My doctors and other patients suggested that I use this type of knee scooter. However, I find it difficult to move the scooter because the rooms in which I use it have thick carpet with thick padding. I primarily move around in a narrow wheelchair, both alone and with assistance. Due to the carpet, this is also a challenge for me. Both of them look fantastic in my tiled kitchen.

To keep it clean and to keep the fuzz off dark clothes, I covered it with a stool cover. I haven't cleaned the scooter pad cover in a long time. I used a large stool pad cover that had elastic around the entire circumference. Cleaning is simple, and the fabric is light enough to dry quickly.

I was let down. The pile was compressed and did not stay fluffy because of this cover. This didn't give me the peace of mind I was hoping for. A gel pad would have been a good investment. This was, however, one of the few pads that fit my scooter. I'm disappointed.

I just wish it had a little more padding; it's essentially just a cover, but it does the job, so there aren't any major issues.
