I want to let you know something important. BUY THE BOLTS AND PARTS TO KEEP THE WHEELS FROM falling off It comes with new hardware, despite that. However, it only comes with the hardware for the wheels located where the brakes are and not the rest. (So if you need to replace ALL 4 wheels, then do it now. In order to use the other two wheels, you will need the original hardware. When reinstalling the bolts make a picture of how it looks like before you remove them to ensure that you do so in the exact same way In this case, you would need to purchase 4 separate wheels. Therefore, this price is per wheel. I hope this was helpful.
My mother would have been an exact match The Rollator model R726 is by Laws. This wheel came with a shaft, a bearing, a washer, and an endcap. To switch from the old to the new, it was just as easy as screwing in a light bulb.
I was hoping for a good price for a solid item, but this will not fit the Medline Guardian rollator, In the end, I had to use the bearings from this wheel on my old one since I couldn't find that The bearing is 608zz (you can get them for a low price). The installation is simple. You can press new ones in with a ratchet socket and vice. The old one needs to be knocked out with a punch. Place the spacer back into the space.
As it turned out, I had to replace all four wheels on my mom's walker, but the price was only 1/3 of what we paid for the (I guess this is normal with any replacement parts, but it still seems excessive since the originals are bound to wear out and there isn't much.
A friend of mine uses a walker every day, so I bought the wheel for her. The idea of replacing just one wheel did not seem to make sense to her. As a result, she is very happy with the walking device and does not notice any difference from her old walker.
It is designed to fit Drive Rollators. The installation is simple. There are three more needed on the old one. Would be nice if they were less expensive. rollator (6 years daily use) is still operational, but I bought a new Drive Rollator for going out because of the parts requirement (3 wheels, brake, etc.
It was becoming increasingly difficult for me to use my rollator when I noticed that the tread on the rear wheels was starting to shred and separate from the wheels. They arrived after several days longer than was scheduled, even though it took several days longer than was expected. We put them on our rear rear suspension struts and they fit and work great. There is no need for modification of the existing brakes. Not having to deal with "flats" any more is a pleasure.
It was a good product, but difficult In exchange for the price I paid for just 4 wheels, I could have bought my father a brand new walker! $20 does not seem like a fair price for a single wheel.
