This is a good quality set of wheels which fits any of the major brand walkers you would receive at a hospital or rehab facility, or that can be bought online. Grandpa may still have old photos that are 20 years old. work as a home care therapist and have purchased these for several clients who had standard (no wheel) walkers that needed to be upgraded.
That is exactly how it looks, exactly as seen in the picture. One of the plastic wheels had a huge hole, so I bought 2 sets of these to replace some really crappy thin plastic walker wheels. Wheels with a weight capacity of 300 pounds are better than those described on walkers that had a weight capacity of 350 pounds. It is not clear how thin plastic wheels are supposed to hold 350 pounds, but here we are.

Served a customer who bought an Invacare walker and had the standard legs replaced. Because of the shoes' small size, the buttons didn't snap into the holes on the walker as was suspected. This is all I have to say about the term "Universal". It took me about a minute to remove the file bit from the drill and put it into the hole In order to accommodate the buttons, I bored the holes slightly larger until they fit into their corresponding holes properly. As an employee of the medical equipment industry and DME, I bring a wealth of experience. For bent metal DME (walkers, 3 in 1's, wheelchairs, etc) a standard needs to be developed, especially in the home. The size of the holes can be adjusted. Almost everything you buy these days seems to have an environmental impact. In order for it to work, you have to put in some effort. The rest of the package was decent quality and value for the price.
For my mother, who is 87 years old, I bought these. She was able to use her walker only with pads on the front and back legs, meaning that she had to exert a lot of effort to manipulate After taking off the pad legs, these wheeled legs just slid into place after she removed the legs from the pad.
Could you please tell me what you think? The wheels are those of a walker. My decision to purchase them was a good one. As the cats pull out black cat hair as they go, leaving threads of it on the carpet's surface, you will be motivated to do a better job vacuuming your carpet! However, that's probably the case with every walker wheel.
It wasn't really necessary to take off the wheels so I used those instead. In this case, the tube on which the wheels are attached has no holes for making them universal, but the tube itself was too narrow.
Wheels like these will fit on most walkers without any problems. My walker ran on them after I updated it with wheels after it wasn't originally equipped. There were a few small changes to the walker, however (drilling two new holes), but it worked just.
This walker fits very well on the Guardian. It is 1 inch wide, it comes with glide covers for the rubber feet, and it has 1 inch wheels. This price is too good to be true.
