Since the wheels fit into the slots on the walker, the wheels will fit into the slots on the walker as well. My thinking is that your walker will not work if it does not have any holes and slots.
There is a walker out there that is over 12 years old that fits mine, but I'm not sure about the particular one. This organization sold me this item in 2017 and I bought a replacement because it was so great. In the beginning, I didn't get it the same way that I had expected. Having to remove the rubber gasket at the top of the wheel attachment made it impossible to get it on. There is no way the skis will fit. Two times, I reached out to the supplier and received a response. After I explained everything in detail, I was astonished to find out that once it worked, a single line would certify the result. This is all I have to say. My knowledge of how to mount the old one is evident since I was able to install it. A different manufacturer is clearly involved in the manufacture of this item. This device does not work with Drive Walker. A REVIEW OF RECENT REVIEWS WOULD HAVE BEEN NECESSARY. I would not recommend buying from this company. Besides the fact that they are not universal, they have terrible customer service as well.

According to the description, the wheels were the same. I was looking for something a little shorter than they are.
Both pairs of shoes I bought do not fit. There is a difference between the diameter of the tubing on these wheels and the pipe on walkers ( which is 1 inch) they are smaller. Therefore, it was impossible for me to put the walker on.
