Yes, a large number of our customers use the Kabooti in their automobiles. The Kabooti is available in two sizes to help with posture correction, spine alignment, and comfort. There are two sizes available: standard (17"L) and wide (20"L). br>Kimmie@Contour br>Kimmie@Contour br>Kimmie@Con
The density appears to be high, and the firmness is apparent. I just got a second one to go with another recliner I have.

I like how it makes me sit up straighter in my chair, but it's not very comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. To give you an idea of my weight, I'm about 340 pounds, and you'd think I'd be able to flatten this, but you'd be wrong. It's very stiff, and sit bones that don't have a lot of extra padding (one of the few places I don't) will get sore sitting on this firmer cushion. I even use an older silicone gel pad with a padded cover over it, and every time I use it, I get tired of sitting on it and have to remove it for a while to take a break. br>br>I'm also not convinced of the advantages of having such an angled pad- I believe it affects my core muscles in my back, which aren't used to sitting at such an angle, and it causes my back to ache after a long period of time. br>br>The cutout in the center appeals to me. I bought it to relieve pressure there, but I believe there are better options out there for that alone, without having to sit on this hard pad to do so. It may break in and become more comfortable with repeated use, but I've been using it for about a month and it doesn't appear to be happening anytime soon. br>br>I'll give it a few points for the height of the pad, as well as the cutout in the center, because it makes me more comfortable in my office chair, which doesn't raise high enough for my long legs. But I lost a lot of points because of my sore flat back from sitting on it! I hope you do better, but if you're built like me, you'll need to find another solution if you're going to be sitting for long periods of time.
Due to a tailbone injury from a fall two years ago, I've purchased five different types of cushions. This is, without a doubt, the best one I've tried. It has a firmness to it, but not excessively so. It's simple to find a comfortable position thanks to the back notch and center cutout. This is what I keep in my car and in my camping folding chair.
It's firm, as others have stated. However, I find this desirable because it prevents this wedge cushion from flattening completely, as another wedge cushion did. The firmness was initially unsettling along the front edge, which required more taper for me to avoid pressing into the bottoms of my thighs. By removing the zip off cover and trimming the foam, the problem was quickly resolved. The extra width is nice, and it takes away the awkward feeling I get when wearing 17-inch shoes. Cushions that are an inch wide compress as their edges compress. It fits perfectly in my office chair and recliner, but it's a little too wide and tall for my truck seat. It was simple to trim it around the seat belt guides for a more tailored fit.
I tried everything from the blow-dryer to the blow-dryer to the blow-dryer From a donut cushion to wedges to the Kabooti, it's a long way up. It's a good deal. I'm average height and weight, but I bought the larger one to fit in my recliner, and it's perfect. The foam density, in particular, appeals to me. It's not too hard, but it's also not too soft. If you're reading this, you're probably suffering from a sore bottom - I wish I'd tried this brand first. As a result, you have my sympathies as well as my endorsement!.
I have a wide beam, so I went with the wider kabooti, even though the regular size would have been fine. Not in the least. It slid all over the place, and because it is wider, it is shorter (which makes no sense!). It's not as comfortable as my'regular sized' kabooti. It is not too bad if I sit very carefully on it.
My physical therapist told me about this item and let me try it out in her office; I was so taken with it that I had to buy two for myself: This cushion has been a LIFESAVER for me! I have one at home and one at work. It has aided me in completing my work with minimal to no pain. This cushion has made my life so much easier!.
This, I believe, is a better solution than any other. While it does not completely eliminate the pain, it does make it less frequent. I know I've been sitting for too long when the pain starts. I used to get pain after just a few minutes of sitting. I'm no longer in pain after sitting for an hour or more. Without a doubt, it was well worth the money.
Because I'm 250 pounds and have a pear-shaped body, the cushion was too wide for me to sit on when I sat on it.
