I've been using it for the past two days. This was purchased to help with hemorrhoids caused by pregnancy. This is really helping me now that I'm in the third trimester. It is extremely comfortable and provides excellent back support. I like the gel because it keeps the cushion cool while also providing support, and the cover is easy to clean and air dry. It is comfortable to sit on the floor, couch, or dining chair, and it does not slip. This is something I intend to use after my baby is born. The pillow is just right for me in terms of size. So far, this pillow has met my expectations and appears to be durable.

I have lower back problems and swelling in my feet, so I sat down on this pillow and immediately felt relief from the pressure in my back. The cushion is not too hard or too soft, and you can feel the gel conform to your bottom.

For over a year, whenever I stood up after sitting in my chair, I was greeted with a sharp pain. Every time I got out of bed, I just clenched my teeth and braced myself. Since I've been using this pillow, I've been able to get out of my chair without any pain in my tailbone! It works! It was a little difficult to sit on at first, but once I got used to it and figured out how to position myself on it, it was quite comfortable. For me, this was a fantastic purchase!.

Hemorrhoids during pregnancy can be treated with this product. I can't emphasize how wonderful it is! It is a life saver. One thing to keep in mind is that it is best suited for people with a slim to medium build. I'm 167 pounds right now, including all the baby weight, and I'm close to my due date, so I wish the cushion extended all the way to my hips, but other than that, it provides excellent buttocks support. It's made of memory foam, which doesn't squish completely when you sit on it and returns to its original shape. Also, the cooling effect is nearly non-existent, so don't hold your breath.

I've been using the Healthy Spirit gel seat cushion for a while now - which was provided at no cost to me - Just as my home state issued an order to practice social distancing and work remotely, I had no idea how important it would be for my first few weeks of working from home. When you spend 8 hours a day in the same chair, you should be as comfortable as possible. Without it, I'm not sure my office setup would be complete. It's a minor victory in an otherwise bizarre era, but it'll do.

I've noticed that some people are questioning how much weight this can support. This is very supportive for me because I am not a small person. Actually, it's almost too supportive, so I wouldn't be concerned about my weight. I don't know if I'll keep it because it's a little too firm for me. I'll have to put it to the test. I'm a woman who is trying to keep my urethra from touching anything because I'm having trouble with that part of my body. As a result, the verdict has not yet been reached. I'll see what I can do about it.

This donut pillow is a little too firm for my liking, but the design is ideal for people who require tailbone relief. It's too difficult for my butt for my personal preference.
