I am an 82 year old disabled woman. My favorite chair is the chair, but the remote drives me crazy. This is not an inexpensive item, and I have already bought three remote controls. Could you please tell me why the company doesn't do anything about this issue? In my opinion, I should have the remote for a lot longer than one year, even if I don't abuse it.
