It was necessary for me to have one of these folded so I could store it after I finished using it. My toilet seat folds flat so I can place it right next to it. As well as being sturdy, it feels good.

I found setting this up to be very simple. A couple of the edges were large enough for me to stand on. Its design, however, has a portion on the front that sticks out too far and when a child steps on it, the item nearly tips over onto its back. While it does not feel stable enough for my taste, it can be helpful for kids if they are careful to step all the way on it, and not only on the front edge of it when stepping on it.
