Item was supposed to arrive on Wednesday of this past week, but arrived on Friday. We were extremely satisfied with the speed of the service. Despite being two days early, the package arrived safely. During assembly, the rail simply had to be slipped onto the four plastic feet at the bottom. The legs of this item are very sturdy, which is good for a heavy person who cannot stand on one leg. In addition to keeping it up, it can be easily folded and put away when not in use. For taking the time to adapt to different toilets, we are very grateful.

The frame is very appealing to us. Since it does not have a toilet seat, now that my husband is recovering from his surgeries on both knees, we are able to use our elongated toilet. With his upper body strength, he is able to push himself up with his arms when he gets down on the toilet and ease himself down on the toilet. Aside from being easy to assemble, it was also easy to fit around the toilet, and it can be adjusted to fit any toilet and any size person, up to the advertised measurements.

He is a big guy with a lot of strength. His use of the side bars to hang on to when we help him on and off the toilet works so well. There is a lot of weight on the frame. Buying this product required a lot of research on my part. To be sure I got what I needed, I made sure I ordered I am very pleased with the purchase I made. This is a frame I highly recommend.
