I'm 5'7" and a 34D, so I went with a small. It's an excellent match - The fit should be just right, not too snug, not too loose. I get a lot of compliments on it. So far, after at least 20 washes, it's still looking great.
I have the ability to roll up my sleeves.
I'd recommend ordering your usual size. I usually wear a large, so I went with that size. It's a perfect fit. It's neither too tight nor too loose. I hope this information is useful.
My height is 5'4" and my weight is 165 lbs. To be more comfortable, I ordered a large. I needed flexibility because I work as a nurse. I would recommend a medium if you prefer your clothing to be more snug.

I already had one in blue and one in burgundy from previous units, so I was thrilled to see that they had one in pink for my new one. I'm 5'0" tall and 125 pounds. The XS was the perfect size for me.
At work, I wear this jacket almost every day and get a lot of compliments on it. If you've seen the Cherokee Infinity fabric, you'll recognize it. It's silky, doesn't wrinkle easily, and doesn't attract lint in the least. It keeps me warm without being oppressively so. The sleeves are a little too long, but they look great pushed back. My height and weight are 5'3" and 118 pounds, respectively. I'm pretty sure I got an xs. This jacket comes highly recommended. After many washes, it appears to be brand new. The high neck and front zip pockets are both appealing to me. This is pretty much a must-have for my daily work attire!.
This item is extremely light! Because the fabric is so cool, it makes you feel colder when it comes into contact with your skin as well. It's so thin that charging more than $20 for it is almost embarrassing. Because I had already worn it, I was unable to return it. I went out and purchased a new, more suitable jacket.
Anyway, I ordered an XL, despite the fact that I normally wear a size 16 in women's clothing. I have a lot of weight in my midsection, but this zips up perfectly, so I'd say the sizing runs big. I have a few scrub jackets, but this one is my favorite.
When I washed it for the second time, the entire zipper came off. The end pieces, as well as the pull tab, are included. It appears that the jacket's zipper ends were adhered with a cheap glue. I've only worked three shifts in this jacket. Such a letdown.
This jacket is absolutely stunning. It's a lovely material that's not too heavy but still warm. I'd give it five stars if it weren't for two issues: the sizing was slightly off, and the price was a little high. It's a little big; I'm hesitant to return it because the next size down might be too small; however, the one I received is a little baggy, and the pockets are extremely small. I can't really carry much with me if I want it zipped up, like a scrub top, if I want it zipped up.
It keeps me warm without overheating throughout the shift. I also discovered that the material is glitter resistant after being ambushed by a coworker with glitter. I was completely covered in glitter, so I removed my jacket and gave it a few shakes, and there was no trace of it.
Patients and workers! I have it in four different colors, all of which have received positive feedback. People often ask if I've lost weight when I wear these jackets because I'm overweight and have a big middle. My arms are long, and the sleeves are long enough for me. When I work, I get hot, but I've never had an overheating problem. This is a jacket that I would highly recommend!.
