I was irritated by the fact that the shipment was late. The fit was a little tighter around the waist than other XL Koi scrubs I own, but that was not a problem for me because I was glad they were. My other XL in a different Koi style is a tad too big in the waist, and there was some dirt in the box with these and my other item, but the scrub pants were in their own plastic, which was a blessing. br>br>With that said, I can't wait to put them on; they're soft and thin, and they're the longest men's "Tall" scrub pants I've ever bought. I have a 34-37 inch inseam, depending on the brand, and these were extra long on me, which I like.
" In a lightweight, slightly stretchy fabric, this modern style has just a splash of color. A drawstring on the outside of the waistband. The scrub pants have an elastic waist that keeps them in place. The drawstring is mostly for show, but it can be used to tighten things up if the elastic waist isn't quite tight enough. There are two pockets on each side and two pockets on the back. Pockets are similar to those found in regular pants. Two compartmentalized thigh pockets that are slightly lower than other scrubs with thigh pockets that I have tried - It takes a few days to adjust to your new surroundings. Overall - I can't get enough of these scrubs. br>br>I only have one minor complaint about these scrubs: the crease in the fabric that appears when you open the package is extremely difficult to remove. I tried several times to wash it - It still had a crease in it, as if it had just come out of the package. I tried ironing them with a damp towel on top - it didn't work. Although it appeared to work a little better, the crease remained. After a few weeks, the crease isn't as noticeable, so I'm going to steam them in the dryer.
Move along if you're hoping they'll fit like the Koi Ryan or Endurance scrub pants. They're the polar opposite of what I'm looking for in scrubs, which is why I've grown to love Koi scrubs. I own both the Ryan and Endurance bottoms and cannot recommend them highly enough. These have a similar fit to the bell bottomish scrubs pants that I dislike.
Because the fabric is polyester with a small amount of spandex, it feels similar to running pants from major fitness brands. For guys, the fit and style are flattering and modern, with no baggy or fitted areas. This is a nice alternative for me as a regular Koi James pant wearer; I wish the elastic waist had a little more room, but I could do with losing a few pounds anyway. br>Thank you, Koi, for producing excellent men's scrub pants!.
For the past 19 years, I've been employed in the medical field. Scrubs were my go-to outfit for so long that now that I'm retired, I still find myself wearing them on a daily basis. Koi rocks, and these are the best.
The product arrived on time, despite being a little long, and was intended as a gift.
For my tastes, the fabric is too light and fluid. I had to pay for return postage as well, FYI.
