Even better in terms of comfort and fit. The shirts could be a size smaller, but the pants fit perfectly. No joke - I'm really looking forward to putting on my uniform. Despite the fact that I am a larger man, I wear a 3X in these and they are very comfortable. I'd give these a four out of five. 5. They are not as stretchy or comfortable as their previous pants, but they no longer make them, so I guess these will suffice. My favorite feature of them is that their legs aren't too big to resemble bell bottoms, which is a problem I have with Dickies.

And it does stretch to some extent. He's a big guy, so comfort is important to him, and this is the only brand he'll buy from now on.

These scrub pants are extremely well-made, well-thought-out, and extremely fashionable. It has a ties-in waistband with a generous stretch. It has cargo pockets that are quite large. They're also stretchy, so they'll fit any body type. Hubby is a huge fan and refuses to wear anything else. Color is something I would be wary of. There are several shades of dark blue, and matching the tops to the bottoms is critical.

My husband needed something stretchy to wear over a cast on his foot, and the pants were true to size. He liked that there was a fly with a zipper and that the sizing was accurate. He also liked that the pockets were of good depth. It was an affordable price.

I'm a male nurse, and I wear these pants to work every day. I've tried Landau and Cherokee pants, but neither are as comfortable as these. I'm 6'1' and weigh 205 pounds, and I usually wear a large. Although I like these pants, I am not a fan of the matching top (it appears to be feminine). These look great with my Cherokee stretch top.
