Questions & Answers
I'm not sure if they've been sterilised, but each gown is contained in its own plastic bag. They're neat and efficient. They do get wet, but they are quick to dry. I hope this information is useful. Customer who is happy with the service.
They deal with patients on a general basis.
This is what we put on when we enter a patient's room with a C diff or MRSA infection, along with gloves, masks, proper hand washing, and patient isolation. I hope you find this information useful.
No, because they're made of non-recyclable materials. Material made of woven fabric. You should be able to "wipe" them, but not wash them.

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FLUID RESISTANT! Fortunately, I had only purchased these for the purpose of training and was filming a video of proper donning and doffing at the time. I came up with the brilliant idea of using chocolate pudding to represent contamination as a visual aid in learning how to properly doff. The pudding had completely soaked up the liquid. As a result, I was able to demonstrate my inability to succeed. However, the fact that these are marketed as "Isolation Gowns" and could be purchased by a variety of healthcare facilities concerns me. This isn't just a customer review; it's a demand that these products be removed from Amazon and that the company be investigated.
Rip- (in comparison to others I've tried) and keeps liquid out. The proportions are correct. When I treat my dental patients, including those who require oral surgery or perio surgery, I use this technique. When you consider the quality, the price is a steal. I like that I can use it only once and then throw it away. I'm not a huge fan of doing laundry. This is something I make a point of purchasing on a regular basis. In my office, I only have this.
This gown will suffice for my isolation requirements. The neck and waist ties are very thin, so this is definitely a one-time use item. The ten-pack will be extremely useful. Although the gown is not waterproof, I like how light it is because it keeps me from overheating while I work. For my temporary isolation needs, this is a cost-effective solution.
Although the gown appears to be in good condition, it is extremely hot to wear. (Now I understand why those operating rooms are kept so cold! ) Also, the little strings you're supposed to tie it with in the back are too short, too flimsy, and just plain miserable. However, the gown itself is well-made, has long sleeves, and appears to last a long time, earning it three stars.
These aren't water resistant in the least. Although I was aware that they were not waterproof, liquids pass right through them.
This is a fantastic resource for medical students. Even though they are a little more expensive than the standard yellow ones, these are of excellent quality. I believe the quality is worth the price, but I wish they sold them in packs of 30 or 50 at a lower cost.
This has been a huge help in my laboratory experiments!.
It's nice and light, so I don't get too hot while working.
