Hi Jenny. This item was purchased by me, and I have no complaints or concerns about it. It comes with a belt for a custom fit, but I believe it is more of a one-size-fits-all style. This gown appears to have a lot of give to it.

There is no such thing as a standard gown

These gowns are worn by both my wife (short) and me (tall) when we visit her mother in her home. We bought this brand because the others we tried were a waste of money because they tore easily and didn't protect against liquids. But when they're needed, these are ideal, and I'll be buying more.

I really like these gowns because I make soap with lye. I was tired of getting lye burns when pouring the lye flakes because lye dust flew around. I don't get lye burns anymore because I'm wearing these gowns, face mask, face shield, and gloves.
