The answer to both questions is "yes.". A very comfortable face mask can be worn with this. I can easily twist the ear loops of this mask to put it on without it being too big for my face. As opposed to cloth masks, it does not rest on your mouth, so it is easier to breathe.

There seems to be a good deal of quality to these disposable masks. The three-ply material allows you to breathe through them. The items were delivered quickly after I placed my order. Several masks have been tried, and I don't like the washable ones because they are too heavy. You will feel like you don't have anything on. They are extremely comfortable and look like nothing at all. Couldn't you just go ahead and tape a tissue on your face instead? Could two rubber bands and a mosquito net do the trick? Then these are for you if you just want to go through the motions.
Masks are used to cover faces. My workplace requires me to wear it. They look "better" if they are black because the dirt and grease are not visible. I've had several of these ear loops with only one ear loop that I just threw out and grabbed another, but this is the first time I pulled four at once I'm beginning to think the value might not be what I thought it was.
