What's the best way to put this new power switch in place?

It's not difficult to do. TURN OFF THE BREAKER FIRST. After that, take off the lid. The plastic tabs on the sides of the old switch should be pushed in. Take the switch from the wall. Remove each wire and push it onto the new switch one by one. To keep the switch in place, push it back into the hole until the plastic tabs pop out. Make sure everything is in order. Remove the cover and replace it. You're good to go now that you've turned the breaker back on. Best wishes to you.
