It's easy to use, but you'll have to carry around an attached applicator. Then, imagine when your dentist treats you using fluoride. Gently brush the varnish along the gumline near the area when the enamel tends to recede. The material shouldn't have to be perfectly applied & applied evenly & smoothly. practice becomes easier as you run through a number of applications.
