During my mission trip to Guatamala, I got this as a gift. A number of our patients, particularly children, came to our clinic with teeth that were quite badly decayed. My explanation of proper toothbrushing was understood by them, and they were able to hold and brush their own teeth Practicing your skills is important. This was a big hit with everyone and they enjoyed it Then I passed it along to my colleagues, so everyone had a turn to practice. We even had a local teenager who speaks English and knows how to use it. The bulk of the time was spent teaching Spanish to large groups while they awaited an appointment. As well as practicing brushing, she also provided them with a dental kit. The book I have been seeking for the past twenty years has finally come to fruition!.
