Kilgore Company might be something to consider
It is neither very mobile nor very maneuverable. While trying to elevate the tongue in the mouth, I accidentally detached it. However, I am not able to use it that way. I had hoped to use it for articulation therapy and point out where my students should place their tongues to make speech sounds. It might help if you read this
There is no good quality here.
The answer is yes. The quality of the item is not good. This was a very disappointing experience!

One of my speech therapist colleagues told me about it, but was not happy with their model because it made a loud noise when you opened and closed your My latest model does not exhibit this problem, so I can only assume that it has been improved in newer models! As well, the tongue can be unscrewed so that you can move it to model the correct placement of the tongue when creating a given sound. With this model, I can do more with half the money I would have spent on another one marketed to speech therapists.
The purpose of this product was to assist my virtual students in this year's speech therapy sessions in understanding how and where to make sounds. My wish is that the tongue could move in order to help explain what needs to be done with it. To remove the tongue, I used a screw driver to remove it, and now I can make /l/ and /th/ There's no reason why the gums shouldn't have a more natural color, it's a matter of personal preference. A "crunching" noise is made when it's opened and closed, but that's not a big problem. Generally speaking, I found it very helpful when conducting virtual therapy since it can be difficult to see your own mouth on a I used this model with my visually impaired students and they had success. A smaller one is available to me, but it cannot fit my hand. I can use it as a tongue with my hand since it lets me use my hand as the tongue. Thanks for the purchase! I am glad I did!.
That's really cool! I love it! It was so much more affordable than the expensive one I was looking at and I am so glad I chose it! This is a product that I use frequently in my work as a speech pathologist. The paint isn't the neatest around the teeth, but the product is easy to bend and does not make a noise.
My star is reduced because I am unable to show students how to floss since the teeth are glued together. It's a good product overall, but the giant red toothbrush in the picture is separately sold.
The use of this mouth in speech therapy is very exciting for me. In order to demonstrate how target speech sounds are placed in the tongue, I unscrewed the tongue. Because it is made of plastic, I will be able to disinfect it between students in an easy and effective manner.
This somewhat rigid tongue is held in place by a single screw (see image) and is easily removable. I found this model to be very affordable compared to other models, too.
This mouth model is used by me at work to demonstrate the proper placement of the tongue and teeth. This model is larger than most, and the tongue moves a little, but it is screwed into the bottom, so it does not move all the way. It is very easy to get the white part dirty and scuffed as well.
It seems to me that I misplace my little super duper mouths or they're broken by students. The scale of this thing makes it impossible for it to be lost. It is a big hit with the kids. Seeing the alveolar ridge and finding out they both have bottom and top molars is one of their favorite things. My students had a lot of fun learning the /r/ sound from this app.
