Very useful as a gives you a great review of anatomy, as well as practice with joint mobilization and palpation techniques

I think it's a better deal than what the therapy catalog has! I only dislike it because it is a little loose, so you have to hold joints (shoulder, elbow) in place if you want them to stay put.
