This was purchased specifically for my Trulicty pens that were no longer in working order. I expect to fill the container without wasting dead space like I did with my previous sharps container because it is wider than the pens without being too wide.

It's incredibly simple to use and incredibly durable. On my previous Sharps container, it was difficult to push in the used pens. This is an excellent sharps container for use in the home. It is extremely simple to operate. It returns to its original position to place the syringe in the bucket. After you've put them in, there's no way to remove them. When it's all filled up, it also appears to be fairly simple to secure.
