The volume of a large laboratory mixing bowl is 600cc.
The large bowl measures 5 inches across the top and 3 1/4 inches deep, and it is 1/8 inch thick. These are not exact measurements, as they were not taken with calipers. I hope this information is useful.
Rubber is a good material to use.
Selected User Reviews For Dental Lab Mixing Bowl Flexible Alginate and Stone Dark Green Flexi (Dark Green, Large)
Flexible bowls were recommended on a cooking show that I watched. They were a new name to me. The stainless steel bowl that came with my standing mixer was the same size as the one she used. One was available on Amazon. I read the reviews, but not with enough attention to detail. This was packaged in the same box as another item I purchased for my husband's birthday in January. 3rd year of life I assumed this was a piece of that equipment when he opened the gift yesterday. This morning, I double-checked my order. I had completely forgotten that I had placed an order for this around the middle of December. This bowl was packed in the same box as the others, which surprised me. Yes, it's a LARGE Dark Green Flex bowl, according to the plastic bag. It's going back to you. It's about the size of a small coffee cup.
Yeah, for us dental lab guys and gals, this bowl is more of a medium than a large, but it did the job for me in mixing alginate and dental stone for my night guard. So, for $7, I was able to get my money's worth out of it.
The bowl did an excellent job of not clinging to the items you placed in it.
Its ok.
These bowls were used to mix plaster for use in a silicone mold. Because the unused portion of dried plaster could be easily removed, the product was ideal.
Greatest.
It can be adjusted to suit your needs.
