Hopefully these will allow us to brush the tooth of our autistic daughter. Because I was concerned she might swallow the block during the brushing struggle, I tied a piece of string to the loop in the block Although she is aware of this precaution, she still has the ability to consistently push them out of place with her tongue. I tried it, and it was worth it.
This is horrible. I never even had the chance to use it. We tried to sterilize it in the M11 Midmark autoclave, and it immediately melted. On the middle shelf, I placed a box & a pencil There are packages. As far as I am concerned, I would give it ZERO stars.
When I'm back in Mexico, I usually take my daughter to a dentist who's really good and really cheap. I bought these bite blocks from them because they use a really cheap, hard plastic bite block. They don't always have these available, so I bought these This pair of shoes is very comfortable and certainly makes for a conversation piece, as people are amazed I found them on Amazon. I would definitely recommend it.
Very stiff and unforgiving material for cheeks. A bit heavy and unwieldy to achieve a comfortable fit.
I like how it works. I use the green and yellow tubes because they have a small footprint and they sterilize well with the autoclave. The purple ones are very very large so I use the green and yellow tubes.
Compared to our previous supplier, they've delivered better results and better customer satisfaction so far, and they've been more affordable as well. You can definitely buy from me.
I've kept it because it worked remarkably well for me. A gastroparesis condition caused his girlfriend's boyfriend to lose all of his teeth, which caused him to suffer from TMJ. He is having a lot of pain in his back so I thought the bite guards would help. Their hardness made them uncomfortable for him to eat. It would be great for a dentist to have these.
When I first tried it, my 83-year-old was able to understand what I was saying, however, she quickly lost interest and moved on. Injuries to her mouth caused her discomfort.
