I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about, I bought these because they were the cheapest I could find on Amazon and they work as they should. Each plunger is individually wrapped and is not stiff in the slightest.

The cat was sick, so I bought this for her. It's so hard to press those darn things! It basically takes you pushing harder and harder until it finally shoots out of control. You don’t want to be holding a cat’s mouth open while you are holding it. It was goats milk I used for the shooting! The very first day, I threw them away. The shipping was rushed to save my cat, but I was sad about it. It was still necessary to go to a brick and mortar store to get syringes that worked well. These replacements are extremely smooth, can dispense a drip or 100 percent of the solution while still being highly effective.

In general, the syringe works as expected when it is used with the bottle adapter that comes with the liquid medication. However, it does not fit into standard adapter that usually comes with the liquid medication. Since they don't seal themselves, your medications just spill all over the place when you take them. It is impossible to use these syringes unless they are placed directly into the liquid in the bottle due to their design. A person like me, who has to measure liquid medications 5 or more times a day because of my medical condition, finds this useless. I guess small children and pets may be okay with it as long as it is used occasionally.
