It is well-nigh impossible to damage them, since there is a rope behind them that you can tie It is not 420, but I would say it is not much greater than 250 miles, which is rather poor quality because the working distance is not 420

The headlight is good, but how can it be improved?

There is nothing wrong with the headlight. There are two small plastic clips that allow it to be attached to loupes and it I have found these loupes and light to be great for the price. The light is not the most powerful out there, but it can be adjusted for brightness, and it works well with the overhead light that we utilize in my dental office.

How about the case that comes with it?

It is true. As shown in the picture, it did come with a case when I bought it.

There is a poor quality to the material

I would like to point out that the glasses are extremely poor quality they look like a toy for a child of 7. It was a waste of money since the box did not have a handle. They will be returned to me.
