Neither a bone saw nor a bone file is in sight. The product works really well for me. There was a small area of roughness on the interior sides of both of my back Wisdom Teeth that developed with use. Each tooth has a feeling of structure on the crown. In that part of my mouth, I no longer feel like my tongue is being scraped. It's exactly what I was looking for and if it happens again, I feel that this will mostly handle the problem. Perhaps a finer polish would be more pleasing but the dentist is most likely the one to see about it.
