In this review, I'll explain why I struggled with how to evaluate this product. My dentist gave me three whitening options when I started whitening my teeth. At the time, all I remembered was the brand (Opalescence) and the highest percentage. I don't remember the exact percentage from that time, but I knew it was the highest, so when I was looking for the highest percentage, I found 35% here. Then I proceed to order this product. Within 2 business days it should arrive. It hurts like WHOA for about 3 seconds after I put it on. After removing the trays, this is my mouth after I snapped this photo. A white patch of inflamed gums separated from my teeth, and my gums appeared to be inflamed. As you can see from the photo, the outcome was quite different from what you expected. It took about 30 minutes for things to return to normal. That being said, I contacted my dentist, and its turns out that they don't offer the 35% version, so both my 'highest' version choice and their lowest version choice were only 20% (the lowest they offer), since that was the highest they offered. It is described accurately, and I do not find it appropriate to give anything less than a 4 The right thing to do is to give five stars. Just make sure you order the right product. If you're anything like me, you're going to burn a lot when you use this one.

I am disappointed with the procedure because I dislike having trays in my mouth, and an expense I don't appreciate. am not sure what is going on with this company and their resale product, but apparently it is not the genuine article. It is the same problem that others have mentioned. It failed to work for both packages that I ordered. It was a very poor experience and I will never buy anything from this company.
