the cups come with both the hinge as well as the cups themselves? Are they ready to use right away?
They do not come assembled. To attach both Articulating ends to the main frame, snap them into place.

My products did not look like the ones in the pictures

As I received a different articulator than pictured, I am sorry for any inconvenience. There are differences, and the slot area on the stone bases is almost too thick to fit into the slot, so the slot in the base will have to be widened in order to accommodate it. My previous items looked similar to those pictured in the picture and I wish I had received those instead because they were easier to use.

The quality is poor, the finishing is bad, there are many sharp edges and points that make it uncomfortable to hold
