There is only one (1) leveling foot to be ordered. Those are the 4 I ordered.

I will add this as well Although these feet are excellent quality, they're designed to support a vertical load only and they can't really support side loads (such as sliding across concrete) These pads would be too heavy for me to move across a floor with 300 pounds on top of them (each) There is an "ankle" on the foot which is held in place by a 10-millimeter rod A flat-head allen screw with a 32-point head is prone to breaking if the going gets tough. They will, however, take nearly more than you can give if you are just trying to pile a load on top of In case you need to move the load, lift it with a hoist, toe jack, pallet jack, or a fork lift and get it into its proper setting. It is possible to accommodate a steep slope of up to 5 degrees with each foot. These were exactly what I needed to level a 2000lb Milling machine in my garage, and they worked perfectly.
