A finished bore that includes a wide hub on one side that helps with installation

It can't be done without some sort My drive sprocket was a 3/8 bore centrifugal clutch equipped with a 1" axle, coupled with a 3/8 bore centrifugal clutch on the motor.

To fit, cut a 125od piece. Exactly what I was looking for. Just perfect for a 1 inch garage door rod. There is a pipe I have with an identical outside diameter of 1 inch.

It's way off when it comes to tolerance

Despite the sprocket's ID being large, it will not fit on an axle that is 1 inch. To fit the torsion tube of a garage door, which is exactly 1", I tried this, but it won't work. With my calipers, I measured the ID with a value of 0. You can see it in the photo. It is 986. ".
