I found these to be pretty good and are of good quality. Only thing that was difficult was one of the socket screws was installed the wrong way, so I could not use an allen key. After the screw came out on its own with some pressure and turning, it had to be unscrewed using a little bit of time. All was well once I flipped the screw over and was able to use the allen key. As far as I can tell, they probably use a machine or magnetic tool to insert the screws because an allen key would not be able to insert the screws backwards as it was done.
The modification of my CR-X was made using these To synchronize a 3D printer with a 10s cycle time They are led screws that move along an axis. Connecting them to the top of the machine with a belt and tensioner (3D printed) is possible. I love how it works! In addition to a 760- I also used a The 2GT The pulleys are connected by a six-belt system.
It would be useful to have a set of these for With a CR-90, axis sync is possible The second version of 10. They appear to be well made and fit perfectly. There are two set screws on each for added security, which I like. In this case, you get good enough quality for the price. It doesn't get any better than this.
After building a bunch of 3D printers and building my CNC, I've built what I consider a good pulley. This is not that pulley. I feel as if it is made from cheap molded plastic given a silver paint job That's the way it is. We will have to wait and see how durable it is. Unfortunately, this size of dog is hard to find, since they are not often seen. There will be better ones out there, but for now I'm holding onto these.
It worked like a charm. The only missing screw is a thread nut, but only three of the five pulleys need to be used, so we could use unused tool one.
I was disappointed with these, but they were okay. One of the thin edges broke away from the rest of the body of the one I was using. There did not seem to be too much stress on it.
We don't recommend using these - they are too cheap and will not last.
This stepper sync is just the right size for my dual z stepper. The materials should be of good quality.
