Hello, the block's threaded holes are M3x4 in size. The dimensions are 6x4 (d x h x d). 5x3. 5mm. Please see the listing's sixth photograph.

Please double-check the distance between the ends and the first holes on the mgn15 300 mm rail. The "e" parameter specifies 15 mm, but it was 10 mm on a comparable item. ?

It measures 10 mm in diameter and has a 40 mm hole spacing.

a little crooked My rail arrived on time and in good condition, but the middle of the rail is bowed up

I'm sure it'll work fine bolted to an aluminum extrusion, but in my application, the rail isn't supported, so the rise in the middle is visible when measuring bed mesh. I assumed it was an error, so I pressed a straight edge against my glass bed, which was perfectly straight and smooth. When I used the same straight edge against the linear rail, the variation I discovered was identical to the mesh measurement.

These linear rails have been updated in my 3D printer. It was neat and smooth when it arrived. br>At first, two of them were not flush or completely linear against the extrusion, but once mounted, they flattened out. br>I did purchase some "Super Lube" to use after the installation was complete. These are something I would recommend.

This is my fourth linear rail that I've ordered from Amazon. They were all on the lower end of the price scale, as the other three clearly demonstrated. However, this rail, this rail, this rail, this rail, this rail, this rail, this rail, this rail, this rail, The packaging was satisfactory, the rail is extremely straight, and the block slides smoothly and without snagging. I'll clean out the block and re-grease it to make sure it's properly lubricated, but otherwise, I'm pleased with my purchase. My Hypercube Evo is also about to be ecstatic!.

WD40 was used to clean the cosmolene, and then a light machine oil was used to lubricate it. There is no discernible lash as it glides smoothly. These were used in place of the CR10 V-shaped CR10 V-shaped CR10 V-shaped CR On the Y-axis, there are rollers. Axis. I'm very pleased with the outcome.
