What kind of lubricant should I use?

We're working with NLGI 2 and a lithium thickener. I've had no trouble running them through a production taping machine for a number of cycles.

Where can I get m6 screws that fit a 9? What about a 5mm counterbore? This is a huge dealbreaker for me because I refuse to modify screws or rails to mount these! ?

What are the dimensions of the mounting screws?

M6 screw heads do not fit into the rails' counterbores. It's been a huge pain to find the right screw for this rail because it's actually impossible to find. I'll probably have to grind down the heads of my m6 screws or use screws that are undersized. Neither of these alternatives is ideal. Purchases should be avoided.

On each rail, I only require one slider block. Is it possible for me to get rid of the other?

Yes, that is how I used the one I purchased; I have one truck on one rail. The remaining components will be used in future projects. One truck can be removed by sliding it to the end of the rail and storing it; the balls will not fall out.

There's a lot of it

The motion is good, and the quality is good, but the bolt issue is a major issue! Even without knurls, m6 cannot be used, and the suggestion to order unknurled socket head cap screws from McMaster-Carr was ineffective. It's a pity with. With a 1mm wider countersink, these rails can easily be upgraded to a 4-star rating. Installation is also difficult without more documentation, but I don't speak Chinese, so if you don't, you can always try calling or emailing, but good luck.

There are no screws that are the right size to hold this rail in place

M6 screw heads do not fit into the rails' counterbores. It's nearly impossible to find the right screw for this rail, and it's been a major headache. 1/4in socket head screws fit in the heads, but not in the threads. I'll most likely have to grind down my m6 screw heads, use smaller screws, or drill out the rails for 1/4" screws. None of the alternatives is ideal. Purchases should be avoided.
