2 pieces of 1200 mm/47" long rail shafts and 4 SBR20UU blocks are included in this linear rail set. Smooth sliding is provided by the inside linear bearing, which can be used in conjunction with rails.
CNC parts linear rails are made of carbon steel, linear bearings are made of high-quality bearing steel, and the housing is made of an aluminum alloy. Surface chrome plating treatment is attractive and anti-rust, with a high hardness and durability.
Premier Linear Guiding System: A perfect combination of the main axle bearing rail and an aluminum alloy support that helps to stabilize the original rail. A high-precision linear bearing is housed inside this industrial-grade SBR block.
Simple to Install: Simply align the track with the slide rail's mouth and push the slide rail until it completely falls. Linear optical axis is made of stainless steel and guides linear movement with bearings. It's simple to set up, and there's no need to maintain it.
The linear guide rail has a wide range of applications, including DIY CNC routers, lathes, machine tools, bending machines, laser welding machines, and large-scale transmission equipment like industrial robots and cracker machines.

Questions & Answers

How much angular motion does this rail's open bearings provide? /- was mentioned in another specification that I read. The temperature is 30 degrees. Is that the case?

My digital protractor indicates an 11 on the 20mm shaft. In both directions, 5 degrees. So, without rubbing, it's probably 11 degrees.

So, what exactly is the martial art of shafting? Hardened?

It appears to be a hardened ground shaaft without a metalurgy analysis, and it works well in my application. I'm using it as a way on a CNC router that I built, and I'm planning to buy it again soon. Instead of 48 inches, I'd like it to be 72 inches long.

There are some pre-requisites, according to the description. There are no holes drilled in the support rail as shown in the photos. Are there any flaws in the system?

The rail cannot be mounted because there are no holes in it.

I'd like to attach a router plate to it and use it as a flattening device for slab wood. Will the router's weight cause the rails to flex?

With just the router attached, I don't think the 20mm rails will flex.

These are the Y axis rails for the CNC mill I'm building, which will be 48 x 96 inches in size. I bought four rails, removed two of them from the base, shifted the base two holes, and remounted it, and now I have two 8-foot rail sets. The bearings glide right over the TINY gap as if it didn't exist.

I wanted to be able to slide the television to the side so that I could access a hidden area behind the television where I could store the receiver and other items. The television weighs 97 pounds, but I can slide it back and forth on these with just one finger. They appear to be well-made and well worth the money.

For the money, this is a fantastic purchase. With only a few minor surface scratches, the rails are in good condition. Bearings aren't perfect, and each one has its own distinct feel. I cleaned and oiled them, but there were a lot of metal shavings inside. These should definitely be cleaned. br>The packaging was excellent, and the shipping was quick.

The motion of the bearing blocks is smooth. It's a good thing I got three of them. There isn't a single one of them that I have a problem with. I only gave it four stars because I've never given anything a five-star rating before. These are substantial and, in my opinion, well worth the money.
