It was sent to me in a bad labelled KR12 box with KR13 rollers

This is useless. These were purchased from Amazon to put into a delayed project. The fact that we finally found out that nothing fit in the bag aggravated me greatly. Rather than 12 mm in diameter and M4, the rollers are 13mm in diameter and M5.

Is it possible that a defect in manufacturing is covered by the absence of crucial information? There is no indication in the listing of the thread pitch and size of the stud

Because of this, there's an enormous challenge due to the lack of availability of the actual tap. If you send me the information and if you also send me a tap, I'll be able to use it.
If the product is not useful, I will have no choice but to return it. My tap may have been towards the right thread, but maybe they were defective to.

These are CF5/KR13*, not CF5/KR12*. The diameter of the rollers is 13mm rather than 12mm, thus the product does not meet my requirements. There is a threaded part, however, which measures 5mm in diameter. Apart from that, it appears these are It is still a very good deal to get 4 pieces at this price.

Their effectiveness is quite good. In preparation for installation, I removed the old grease and added marine grease, and the ride was flawless. I had them running for 7 to 8 hours a week non stop. You're looking great too! Thanks so much.
