The backlash in 004 is relatively low

As soon as I got it all installed, I encountered a 0 error. The backlash in 004 is relatively low. A little research led me to the following conclusion 1) The BK12 end support contains deep grove bearings instead of contact bearings, which allow the shaft to move a maximum of 0. 05 degrees. The bolts are still tight after everything is tightened up to 0015. While indicating the housing (no movement), I vigorously moved the carriage by hand, and then indicated the I will move at 0015). As a result, I conclude that the BK15 housing allows for the ballscrew to move. 2) The rest of A backlash in the nut must be the result of the 0025 adjustment. I've not yet found out where it is.

I was surprised by how well it turned out

The tool has been used in a CNC router project and has performed well. In general, no backlash is present, but while the motor revs at 1,000 rpm, the motor has some whip.

While I have not yet installed it on my CNC machine, I am very pleased with the quality. As described in the description, came with all the parts. As it flies smoothly and feels precise, the ball section really feels like one of those high-end pieces. I was delighted with how fast the shipping was. If this works, I'll have a really good day It is easy for axes to slide across the table.

I like the way it appears in the beginning. A few shafts are too large and a little tight for the bearings, due to machining and shaft size. With a little sanding, the shaft was in a position to be clearanced. It was a good value in the end.
