In shipping, this item was damaged

Due to damage in the shipping process, the one bf12 unit could not be mounted. Slides on top of the moving unit and is made of aluminum. It was damaged in shipping and would not go on the ballscrew when it arrived. You can see how the unit should be packed, and how the coupling is placed inside, this is excellent. However, the one that came in was damaged by the lead screw on the end of it.
