This spool is still in use and has proven to be extremely useful. I've hung it on a pegboard, and all I have to do now is unravel and cut what I need. This wire is perfect for my needs; I use it to solder LEDs, switches, and battery trays for simple LED lights, and it fits perfectly. br>br>I'm gradually expanding my electronic tinkering beyond LEDs, and this wire comes in handy for making short hookup wire pieces for breadboarding once more. When my spool runs out, I'll definitely order more!.

In a solid wire bag, I sent stranded wire

Some of these rolls appear to have had their packaging or labeling tampered with. I ordered solid wire, and while the company packaging includes the letters sld, the spool itself is stranded and labeled as such. I ordered a second one, assuming it was a one-time issue, but the problem persisted. br>br>I like the color choices, but for breadboards, I really need solid core. I'm not sure how long this issue will continue to be an issue.

It's good solid core wire, with decent PVC insulation that's thick enough to insulate well while still being easy to strip
