This is better than I had The quality is much better than you would expect for the price point

The chain looked great on my mini skid steer with a 60H chain. There was no problem with one side, but stretching the other required a little more effort. In spite of knowing I was using the tools beyond their capabilities, I finished the project. It took me a long time to bend the jaws to the point they could no longer be fixed. A new one was ordered and paid for as soon as I realized my mistake. There's no doubt that it should be in the toolbox.

Slack has been eliminated in the chain! This tool worked just as well as I expected for pulling the slack out of the chain and then held it in place for me to easily make chain connections

I wish I had had this tool years ago since I always had trouble connecting chains, especially with the larger sizes. I found this tool to be a lot more robust than I expected, it is well built. It looked like people were pulling out slack when they wrote reviews citing threads breaking. These people must be stretching the chain, not pulling it The price is right, and the bargain is good.

After one year of employment, I no longer worked

It was one year ago today that I bought this product. From the beginning to the end, it worked perfectly. This block stopped working after the threads through the center hole stripped out and the block did not work. I'm very disappointed, because I thought this would finally be the one that ran with me all the way.
