Tecumseh Go Karts use 35 chain, according to my research. However, you must search the surface of the chain for the chain size number, which is usually 35 or 41 for a go-kart chain.
Without a doubt. This is what I used on my 6-year-old. 5 Honda clone (drift trike build) I would use a 40/41 chain if your "honda" is a 340cc or larger, but yes, this will work.
You can probably guess that a 12t clutch uses a 35 chain based on what I know, but the "pitch" of the gears is what you need to know to really figure out what chain to use. Look up the terms "gear pitch" and "chain pitch" on the internet. You'll need to figure out how far apart your teeth are. Only the final drive ratio is affected by the number of gears.br>br> It has no bearing on the kind of chain you'll require. The 35 chain has a 3/8" pitch and a 3/16" gap between the plates. That distance on the chain corresponds to the pitch of the teeth on the rear sprocket gear and the drive gear, which should both be the same. On the teeth, take a measurement from tip to tip. 35 millimeters equals 3/8" 40, 41, or 420 are all possibilities for 1/2". For karts and mini bikes, these are the most common chain sizes, with 35 being the most popular.
No, high-strength steel is what it is.

It was entirely my fault, and no one else's. No, I'm not returning it because it's my fault, and others shouldn't be forced to pay for it. It's just my opinion, and I realize it's old fashioned, but I'm old fashioned as well. br>br>In any case, it's a good chain with a lot of flexibility. My only wish is that it had more than one master link, but I knew that when I ordered it. It appears to be well made, with no twist in the links like some cheap chains do. I simply didn't care for the master link that came with it. It's difficult to use for elderly fingers. However, for the money, I believe it was a good purchase.
I needed this chain to fix my Sears rear tine tiller, and it arrived quickly. To replace the existing chain, you'll need 50 pitches of 35 chain. This is most likely the solution for those of you who have a tiller that won't move forward or backwards. When I put it in forward one day, it started going backwards. How could that be, I wondered? Nothing would be able to function in that case. After looking at the parts diagram for a while, it became clear that the drive chain was not functioning properly- The chain had broken when I dismantled the tiller. Now that I've completed the assembly of my 50 pitch chain, I'm ready to reassemble the tiller. If you don't have a chain break, you can use your Dremel to grind the pin down to the plate and then punch it out with a drift pin. If you don't have a chain break, you can use your Dremel to grind the pin down to the plate and then punch it out with a drift pin. Assemble the chain with the entire repair link that came with it. When you put it together, make sure to count the pitches and compare them to the old chain you took off the tiller.
The problem was solved with this new 35 chain. I'm very happy! Uncle Bud bought and used the tiller around 60 years ago, and it was an excellent example of the time's durable engineering. It was significant in terms of sentiment.
" It's nearly impossible to "split" this chain into smaller pieces. I had to go to the hardware store and get a different, breakable chain. This chain should be avoided at all costs.
I got a replacement, and it only lasted about 2 minutes. I bought a stainless steel heavy duty chain and should have just paid for it up front. It was a good lesson.
This chain was purchased for use in the construction of a mini bike. It was plenty long, and it hasn't broken or stretched yet. I mounted it on a ten-horsepower minibike and it worked perfectly.
What you pay for is exactly what you get. Garbage is the name of the game with this chain. It's very affordable. Made in China, of course! Junk! The feedback. were overwhelmingly positive. As a result, I decided to take a risk. Never again, please! Walking is not an option! Run away! This is a dreadful series of events.
The chain hasn't been used yet, but it will be on a new product in development that isn't in the Go Cart market. The market for new products could be on par with or even exceed the market for go carts. It is designed to be driven at a much slower speed than Go Carts.
