There is no need for a set screw. The tapered bushing is squeezed to the shaft and key as the pulley is wedged onto the tapered bushing when the two bolts are torqued down.

Browning in the true sense

After being burned by a couple of knockoffs, I finally got a genuine Browning. This is an attractive bushing that performs as expected. Browning is a top-of-the-line bushing that is simple to install and maintain. Simply torque two bolts to the specified torque. 14-years-old, according to Browning. On all H-frames, there are a total of twenty bolts. The bushings are tightened to a maximum of 8 feet-per-inch-per-inch-per-foot-per-foot- lbs.
