It seems that bushings work fine, but their inner diameter is much larger than the 5mm drill I designed

The bushings were used to guide a 5mm drill and I made a 3D print for the drill template. In my experience, the bushing seems to be larger than the drill and doesn't guide it as well as I would have.

In my 3D printer, the rods are 8mm in diameter, so the bearings do not fit perfectly. While the bearings are of good quality, there is way too much play for practical use. In the case of CNC machines or 3D printers, I would discourage their use.
