As I'm getting ready to make a custom stainless exhaust system for my 1970 Honda CB750, I'm beginning to think about making a 4 into 4 system. This is my first time weldng with stainless wire and it's definitely an interesting process. My practice is still on scrap tubes. It will be my pleasure to do so.
There is no doubt that I could have bought it at a welding supply, but Amazon had it for a great price and it arrived quickly.
I used it on stainless exhaust pipe and it worked really well.
This is a Hobart item. I don't need to elaborate further. The wire I'm using is for my Hobart 140 machine and it works wonderfully. The next time I purchase it, I will not buy it from Amazon. Luckily, I had an old / empty spool to wind the wire on when I received it in the Amazon package in a paper envelope with a broken spool.
The product was delivered fast and it did exactly what it was supposed to do.
I got it working.
This is exactly what I needed. I found it to be the perfect fit for my welder. The price is good.
Most of the time, I only use Hobart Mig wire. I find that it works well.
