Despite the fact that it had a few negative reviews, I purchased this item and have had no issues with it. It's a little difficult to figure out how to use, but I really like the built-in igniter. Anyone who has ever used a weed burner knows how simple it is to blow one out. Because the knob is already set for a large pilot, relighting is a breeze, and when you're ready to get to work, simply pull the trigger, and the blast of fire is back in action. Now you have to remember Ralph Nader and all of his infinite wisdom with propane tank valves and the annoying safety built in, take it easy when hooking it up, it will set the safety, and you will have to disconnect it from the tank to reset it. Simply open it up a little more to charge the line. The igniter connection is the next topic I believe people are confused about. You'll need to be able to disconnect the igniter to adjust the flame, and while the connection isn't perfect, it's perfectly fine. Keep in mind that this is a large fire that can be snuffed out if there isn't enough oxygen getting to it, so keep that in mind when working with it. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase; however, you must be aware of the materials you are working with.
This is what I'm using to custom-stitch boards. When the valve is fully opened, it's a deafening noise. I'm not sure I need all of this thing's capabilities, but it's entertaining. The quality is excellent, and having the igniter is a bonus.
As a result, this device is extremely strong. However, it must be done in a safe manner. The seal failed to seal properly, resulting in a tiny leak that is extremely dangerous. I attempted to contact the seller for a refund but received no response.
This torch is extremely simple to operate. If the flame goes out, the electronic start makes it easy to restart. Keep this in mind, but don't let it deter you from purchasing this tool. It's also kind of cool that it, like Ferraris, is made in Italy.
This is my second torch, the first one I bought on Amazon was garbage because the hose connector broke, and replacing that hose costs $70. Regardless of what others say, buy this one because the price is great and the igniter works. You will not be disappointed with this hose because it is of good quality for the price.

I bought this torch to get rid of weeds in my gravel driveway. It was excellent when it worked. However, it does not always perform at 100%, which makes it very frustrating to use. During use, the torch head loosens further, resulting in a massive fireball. When the torch head has been re-inserted, When the ring is tightened, the flame changes completely. I wish it worked every and every time -- However, this is not the case.
