From a helium tank, I used this to fill balloons. It worked, but I had to open the bottle valve slowly after holding the rubber nozzle open. When I open the bottle valve even slightly and then open the rubber nozzle, the balloon bursts. The balloon can't handle too much concentrated pressure.
It worked out perfectly; I rented a helium tank, and they wanted to charge me the same amount for the nozzle.
